bdtbet Terms & Conditions – Player Agreement for Bangladesh

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bdtbet online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services, and support channels made available through bdtbet.im ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by bdtbet and is intended for use by adult players in Bangladesh who are aged 21 years or older.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, participating in promotions, or otherwise accessing any part of the bdtbet Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified bdtbet of unauthorised access without delay.

1.2 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bdtbet account at any time by contacting customer support. Remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

bdtbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. The following payment methods are supported:

2.1 Deposits

2.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must comply with any applicable wagering requirements attached to active bonus balances. bdtbet will process approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

2.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

bdtbet reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or in violation of applicable law. In such cases, bdtbet will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable.

All sports bets placed on the bdtbet sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market, which are published within the betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

3.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only deemed accepted once you have received a confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. bdtbet reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets placed at prices that are clearly erroneous, bets placed after the official start of an event, and bets that exceed applicable stake limits.

3.2 Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, and evidence of match manipulation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.

3.3 Casino Games

All casino games on bdtbet use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous rounds, bet sizes, or account balances. bdtbet does not guarantee any specific return-to-player (RTP) percentage for any individual session.

3.4 Live Casino

3.5 Maximum Winnings

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk while clearing wagering requirements, or using automated tools — will have their bonus funds voided and their account suspended pending investigation. bdtbet's decision in all bonus dispute matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bdtbet.

bdtbet's decisions in matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the disputed event. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

bdtbet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are material, bdtbet will take reasonable steps to notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address.

Your continued use of the bdtbet Platform after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
